William Cunningham

William Cunningham is a Foreign Area Officer with extensive experience in the US Navy, including roles as Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation and Country Program Manager for USAFRICOM since 2018. Prior to that, they served in various capacities, including Submarine Engineer Officer and Department Head, and completed notable military education programs. William holds multiple degrees, including a Master of International Affairs from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
