William Rivera

William Rivera is a military professional with extensive experience in engineering and training within the U.S. Navy. From 2005 to 2011, they served as a Master Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN 71, where they were responsible for chemistry and radiological controls and oversaw reactor refueling. They later became a Lead Instructor at NPTU Charleston from 2011 to 2014, earning qualifications as a Master Training Specialist and Engineering Watchsupervisor. Currently, Rivera is serving as an RL LCPO on the USS Carl Vinson, further advancing their career in military engineering.
