Will Terrill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as President & CEO of US Ocean, LLC since August 2017, Will previously held the position of Vice President, US Flag Services at Intermarine, LLC from 2006 until April 2018. Will holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law from Tulane University Law School, attained between 1997 and 1998, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Maine School of Law, earned from 1994 to 1997.
