Allie Gray

Allie Gray is an experienced Project Manager at RigPro since December 2023 and the Owner of Allie Gray Sailing Services, where responsibilities include managing athletic programs and providing expert consultation on sail inventory. As a US Sailing Level 1 and Adaptive Instructor Trainer, Allie develops and teaches comprehensive training curricula for new sailing instructors and adaptive sports programs. Previous roles include Manager and Sailmaker at Sailor and Seam, Service Technician at Quantum Sails, and Director of Program Development at Sail To Prevail, where Allie built partnerships with numerous educational agencies. Allie also worked as a Performance Sales Associate at Zim Sailing and a Sailing Instructor at J World Key West/Newport. Allie graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature.
