Chris Barnard is currently an Associate in the Consumer Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and serves as an Athlete Representative for the Team USA Athletes’ Commission. They are a Board Member of US Sailing and an alum of the US Sailing Team, where they competed professionally from 2013 to 2020. Chris has a strong background in coaching and consulting, having worked with over 50 athletes and organizations preparing for major competitions. They hold dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing from Georgetown University and have completed the Tuck Next Step Program at Dartmouth.
