Dan Dowell

Dan Dowell currently serves as a Volunteer with the USCG Auxiliary since July 2023 and as a Volunteer Sailing Instructor with US Sailing since May 2023. Previously, Dan held the position of Construction Project Manager at Jacobs from January 2018 to September 2021 and worked as a Senior Project Manager at CH2M between June 2000 and December 2017.
