Mayank Jain

Mayank Jain started their work experience at Pantaloons in 2000 as a Category Leader for Mens Casual and Accessories. Mayank then moved on to Infosys Consulting in 2003 as a Sr. Associate. In 2009, they joined IBM Global Services as the GIC Consulting Leader for the Retail Industry. During their time at IBM, they expanded the business and authored a patent for Digital Solutions. In 2016, Mayank joined ITC Infotech as the Global Practice Leader for Digital Transformation, where they also served as the Vice President of Digital Transformation and Vice President of Consulting Services. Mayank played a crucial role in building capabilities and solutions and incubating the Automation practice. Currently, they work at US Tech Solutions as the Chief Metaverse Officer and Head of Digital Transformation, where they are responsible for building industry-leading Metaverse capability and helping customers establish value-view from Metaverse, create Metaverse strategy, and design Metaverse journey.

Mayank Jain obtained a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Mayank also holds an AMM degree in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Mayank has obtained various certifications including Introduction to Artificial Intelligence from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2024, Advanced Corporate Strategy from IIM Bangalore - Executive Programmes in 2023, IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2016, and Managing Fashion and Luxury Companies from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015. Mayank also holds certifications in CSCP (APICS), Introduction to Operations Management (Wharton Executive Education), Operations Risk Management (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore), and Retail Certified Professional (National Retail Federation), although the exact years of completion for these certifications are not provided.
