Roshni Kumar

Roshni Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Roshni began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at DHL Express and later worked as the Deputy Manager of Brand Activations at The Times of India. Roshni then joined Rachnoutsav Academy Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Marketing and later worked as a Communications Specialist at an Independent Training Consultant. Roshni joined US Tech Solutions in 2016 as an Account Manager and gradually climbed up the ladder, serving as a Sr. Account Manager, AVP Recruitment Delivery, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Recruiting Operations.

Roshni Kumar has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Teresa's College, which was attained from the years 1998 to 2003. Roshni then pursued an MBA degree in Marketing Communications from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Roshni completed a Digital Marketing Strategy course at New York University in 2015. Roshni has also obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from the Internet and Mobile Association of India and in Train the Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training.
