John Giannella

John Giannella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a songwriter for Freedom Sings USA since July 2023, John uses music therapy to support military veterans. As Corporate Training Manager for U.S. Xpress, Inc. since October 2021, John leads the maintenance department’s training initiatives, collaborating closely with senior leadership and personnel. John's previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Marine Corps Recruiting, where John developed strategic direction for a large workforce, and various leadership positions within the Marine Corps, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategic Planner. John holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Military Studies from Marine Corps University, with a focus on operations and logistics planning.
