Michael Paul

Michael Paul is the Vice President and Head of Talent Management at U.S. Xpress, Inc. Michael previously held roles as Director of Organizational Development and Talent Development Manager within the company. Michael also serves as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and was an Adjunct Professor at Lee University. Prior to their corporate roles, Michael was a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
