Matt Lambert

Matthew Lambert is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of USA Insulation since September 2019, Matthew leads a company dedicated to helping homeowners save on energy costs through high-quality insulation. In addition to this role, Matthew has owned and managed Kaizen Property Investments and Property Management since 1999, specializing in the acquisition of multi-family and single-family homes. Previous positions include Fleet Sales Executive at Team Nissan, Sales and Purchasing Manager at Asian Atlantic Industries, Recruiting Manager at Conversent Comm, and Sales Manager at RCN. Matthew's robust background in sales, management, and recruitment is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Boston University.
