Will Deaver

Will Deaver is the Managing Director of Competition and Athlete Programs at USA Ultimate, where they have been responsible for all competitive programs and events since 2001. They manage a team of six full-time employees and oversee a $1.2 million program budget, developing national-scale sports initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders. Will's previous experience includes serving as a Raft Guide at High Country Adventures and as a Park Assistant for Athens-Clarke County's Parks and Recreation Department. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Master's in Forest Resources, specializing in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from The University of Georgia.
