Lance Williams

Lance Williams is the Associate Executive Director of Sport for USA Weightlifting, a position held since 2016. They also serve as Vice President and Director of Business Operations at Jennifer L Williams PC, managing finance, legal, and billing operations since 2009. Prior to these roles, Lance worked with the United States Olympic Committee from 2007 to 2009 as Director of Operations for Performance Services, where they oversaw various Olympic training facilities and managed budgets. Lance earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
