Doug Davis has over 20 years of experience in sales and management within the insurance and benefits industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region at USAble Life since July 2006, Doug oversees a team of Territory Sales Managers and Benefit Consultants, focusing on consultative selling and client enrollment. Previous roles at USAble Life include Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, and Benefits Consultant, all emphasizing strategic sales initiatives and client support. Before joining USAble Life, Doug held the position of Co-Manager at Walmart from 1993 to 2006. Doug earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Harding University.
