Lawrence Jackson

Lawrence Jackson has over eight years of experience in service management and customer relations, currently serving as an Implementation Service Manager at USAble Life since September 2015. In this role, Lawrence is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely issuance of new group cases and oversees quality assurance related to group products. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Policy Services Specialist and Policy Services Specialist at USAble Life, and a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless.
