Anson Huang

Anson Huang has a diverse range of work experience. In 2023, they worked as a Software Engineer at USAFacts. Prior to this, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Social Futures Lab starting in 2021. They also served as a CSE Teaching Assistant at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering from September 2021 to March 2023. Anson Huang gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at USAFacts in 2022. They held the position of Director of Visualizations at the Polling and Open Data Initiative at the University of Washington from October 2020 to December 2021. Anson Huang also worked as an Engineering Intern at USAFacts from June 2021 to September 2021 and as a Coding Instructor at The Coding School from August 2020 to August 2021. In addition, they served as the Chair of the Committee for Resolution Follow-up at ASUW | Associated Students of the University of Washington from February 2020 to June 2021. Anson Huang gained office internship experience at the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) and OCA - Asian Pacific American Advocates in the summer of 2020.

Anson Huang's education history begins with their high school education at Renton Senior High School, which they completed from 2015 to 2019. Afterward, they attended Bellevue College from 2017 to 2019, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mathematics.

From 2019 to 2023, Anson attended the University of Washington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Anson successfully obtained both degrees in April 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Anson also obtained a certification as a College to Congress C2C-U Alumni from College to Congress in August 2020.
