Caleb Sprague is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in developing digital decision support tools for water treatment. Currently employed at USALCO since June 2025, Caleb focuses on building innovative solutions for the industry. Prior experience includes a role at Fontus Blue from June 2017 to June 2025, where responsibilities encompassed building and supporting decision support software aimed at managing compliance risks and enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier, as a graduate research assistant at the University of Akron from January 2016 to May 2017, research efforts involved analysis, fluorescence sampling, modeling, and report writing. Caleb holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering-Environmental and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, both from the University of Akron.
