Christopher Miller, PhD, PE, is an accomplished water resources engineer with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as Vice President - Digital Services at USALCO, Christopher is spearheading the digital transformation of water treatment by integrating digital decision support solutions with a portfolio of manufactured coagulants. With over three decades spent as Associate Professor Emeritus at the University of Akron, Christopher focused on teaching and research in drinking water quality and treatment. Previous roles include President and CEO, as well as Chief Technical Officer at Fontus Blue, where the emphasis was on providing technical support and innovative software for water utilities. Christopher's early career included serving as a Construction Engineer in the United States Army Reserve and conducting drinking water research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa. Christopher holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa.
