Jack Windley is a dynamic Maintenance & Reliability Manager with a strong background in oil and gas and chemical manufacturing, complemented by experience as an Air Force veteran. They have successfully managed CMMS deployment and reliability strategies at USALCO since 2024, following a tenure as Plant Manager within the same organization from 2020 to 2024. Jack has also held roles in environmental health and safety and has served on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Hockey Association since 2021. Passionate about community service, Jack volunteers as a Wish Granter with Make-A-Wish Mid-South and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Trident University International, which they are currently pursuing.
