Greg Gunter is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in operations management and performance improvement within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director for Operations Services & Performance Improvement and Managed Services at USAN, Inc., Greg has previously led IT Operations Excellence at Penon Partners and held various leadership roles at USAN, Jasper Technologies, C Spire Wireless, Tritel Communications, and Ericsson. With a strong background in building and managing network operations teams, Greg has a proven track record in enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. Greg holds a Master's degree in Management/Project Management from New England College and a Bachelor's degree in History & English Literature from Excelsior University.
