Jared Frei

Jared Frei is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at USANA Health Sciences since June 2018, Jared has a background that includes roles as General Counsel for Rain International and Associate General Counsel at XanGo, where responsibilities included managing regulatory requirements for dietary supplements and cosmetics. Prior legal experience includes freelance work at HANSEN WRIGHT EDDY & HAWS, partnership at Duval Haws Moody & Frei, and positions as an associate at Duval Hansen Witt & Morley, and a law clerk at both the Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah, and the Provo City Attorney's Office. Jared holds a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
