Lucille Chen

Lucille Chen is a seasoned marketing leader currently serving as a Ruby Director at USANA Health Sciences since August 2016. Prior to this role, Lucille worked as a Sourcing Manager at Felix Schoeller Group from August 2014 to August 2016 and held the position of Lab Research Assistant (Part-time) at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems while completing a master’s thesis between May 2012 and March 2013. Earlier experience includes a Sourcing Manager role at VWR, part of Avantor, from October 2007 to May 2011, and Project Management at WuXi AppTec from April 2005 to September 2007. Lucille holds a Master’s degree in QSE from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg (2011-2013) and a Master’s degree in Chemical Process Technology from Beijing Institute of Technology (2002-2005).
