Ping Gu has extensive experience in R&D management within the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors. They served as a Senior Analytical Scientist at Patheon from 2006 to 2011 and later held the role of Senior Analytical Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group until 2017. Following this, Ping was the Head of the Innovation & Development Center at Fresenius Kabi from 2017 to 2020, and currently leads the Development Center in China for Bayer HealthCare, focusing on innovative product development and team management. Since 2024, they have been the Executive Director at USANA Health Sciences, overseeing R&D initiatives across various sectors.
