François Rivière

François Rivière is currently the President of USAP and an administrator for Rugby World Cup France 2023. With over thirty years of experience leading companies serving local communities, they built one of Europe's largest parking operators and presided over the Viaduc de Millau. An officer in the Ordre National du Mérite, their recognized contributions focus on urban policy integrating economic development and citizenship. François is also the president of multiple organizations, including Arteus and Seizième Homme, and is involved in various initiatives to enhance local governance and community engagement.
