Usarc G 37 Institutional Training Division Chief at USARC

Justin Roman has a diverse work experience, primarily in the military. Justin currently serves as the USARC G-37 Institutional Training Division Chief since July 2021. Prior to this role, they were the USARC Deputy SGS from August 2020 to July 2021. Justin also worked as a 304 MP BN Operations Officer in the United States Army Reserve from June 2018 to August 2020.

Before their time in the Army Reserve, Justin held several positions in the military, including being a Plans Officer at the 200th Military Police Command from March 2016 to June 2018 and a Detachment Commander in INARNG from September 2012 to March 2016. Justin also served as a Provost Marshal in the U.S. Army from May 2015 to January 2016 and as a Law Enforcement Operations Officer at HQDA Army Pentagon from October 2013 to January 2015. Justin also worked as a JOC Battle Captain at Camp Atterbury, IN from January 2013 to October 2013.

Outside of the military, Justin had a brief stint as a Plant Supervisor at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from July 2011 to 2012, where they managed a shift operation and supervised plant operations associates.

Earlier in their career, Justin held key leadership roles in the military, such as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander at the 549th Military Police Company from October 2006 to October 2009. In these positions, they were responsible for the training, readiness, and supervision of personnel.

Justin Roman received their Bachelor's degree in Public Management and Military Science from Austin Peay State University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Justin then pursued further education at Webster University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from 2006 to 2010.
