Kitty Payne

Kitty Payne currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at USBC, a role focused on launching an inclusive and compliant digital dollar known as the USBC token. Additionally, Kitty is a member of Chief, a network aimed at enhancing executive women’s leadership capabilities. Previously, Kitty was a consultant at Hard Yaka Ventures, where leadership efforts supported Greg Kidd in acquiring a controlling interest in Know Labs. Other notable positions include serving as SVP/CFO at First Entertainment Credit Union, focusing on financial services tailored for the entertainment industry, and acting as Interim CFO at Community Bank of the Bay. Kitty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management with an Accounting Concentration from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and graduated as Valedictorian from Chester Senior High School.
