Vadim Slavin

Vadim Slavin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in product management, investment, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at USBC since August 2025, Vadim also holds the position of Managing Partner at Monthly Ventures, which supports early-stage startups. As an Advisor at VNTR Capital, Vadim focuses on investments in fast-growing startups. Previously, Vadim was the Head of Product and Senior Director of Technology Evangelism at GlobaliD, where responsibilities included product strategy, technology strategy, and partner relationship management. Additionally, Vadim co-founded and managed operations for the accelerator program at Startup Monthly and has advised various organizations, contributing expertise in business strategy, fundraising, and product development. Vadim’s educational background includes multiple degrees in computer science and math-physics from Brown University, alongside continued education in business administration.
