With a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, Vicky has held leadership roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Newmark and Vice President, Human Resources and Administration (Interim) at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Vicky has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Director of Human Resources in previous roles. Their expertise lies in driving business strategy, performance, and promoting best practices in employee performance and care.
