Michelle Grimes

Michelle Grimes is currently the SVP of Human Resources at United States Cold Storage. Michelle has been with the company in various capacities for over 20 years. Prior to their current role, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources, Regional HR Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager. Michelle began their career in customer service and eventually moved into management. Michelle has a wealth of experience in human resources and is a valuable asset to United States Cold Storage.

Michelle Grimes has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and BCIS from North Texas State University, and a degree in General Management from INSEAD. Michelle also attended Ursuline Academy.

Their manager is Larry Alderfer, President & CEO. They work with Mike Lynch - SVP, Engineering, Rod Noll - SVP, Western Region, and Srini Gudipati - VP, IT & Digital.
