Caitlin T.

Caitlin T. is currently the Deputy Director of Development at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Deputy Director of Membership at the Human Rights Campaign from 2022 to 2025, where they also held positions as Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior to this, Caitlin worked at the American Society of Civil Engineers Foundation from 2015 to 2017 and was a Building Supervisor for the City of Lynchburg in 2008-2009. Caitlin holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
