Dawn Johnson

Dawn M. Johnson currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the 451st Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) since June 2023 and as the Superintendent of Hutchinson Public Schools since July 2021, where previously held roles included Executive Director of HR and Assistant Superintendent. Johnson has extensive military experience, having served as Brigade Commander for the 300th Sustainment Brigade and Chief of Training Management for the 377 Theater Sustainment Command. Alongside these positions, Johnson has been an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University since August 2015. Johnson's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Resourcing Strategy from National Defense University, along with various degrees from Wichita State University and Vincennes University.
