Tom Cross

Tom Cross possesses extensive experience in operations management within the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Operations at USD Group LLC since April 2009, overseeing the development and construction of greenfield crude oil terminals and renewable fuels terminals. Previous roles at USD Group include Project Development Manager, with responsibilities for terminals in Port Arthur, Texas, and South Texas, as well as refined products terminals in Mexico. Prior to USD Group, Tom Cross held the position of Director of Operations at Railserve, Inc., managing multiple rail facilities across the West Coast and Southeast regions of the United States from March 2002 to April 2009. Tom Cross began a distinguished military career in the U.S. Army, retiring as a First Sergeant/Master Sergeant after 23 years of service, which included a tour in the U.S. Marine Corps.
