David Farber

David Farber, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at United States Drug Testing Laboratories (USDTL) since September 2021. Previously, David held the position of Human Resources Manager at Metro Storage LLC from May 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions across 14 states and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to that, David was the Human Resources Manager at The RoomPlace (September 2014 - May 2017), focusing on recruitment for new store openings and benefits administration. David's earlier experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at U.S. Security Associates, Inc.
