Chris Marsh has been working in the field of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) since 2020. In that year, they founded Dash of CX, a CRO consultancy specialising in the eCommerce sector. In 2020, they also began work as a CRO Consultant for ELLOS GROUP and a White-labelled CRO for digital agency Wonder Tonder Oy. In 2021, they were a White-labelled CRO for digital agency Exceptional Web, where a client testimonial praised their team for their work. In 2022, they began work as a CRO Consultant / Mentor for B.O.B Bars Over Bottles, a CRO Specialist for Perk Clothing, and a UX & CRO Consultant for Oddit. Chris also provided Conversion Rate Optimization and UX guidance for Spacer.com and Parkhound.com. Chris Marsh has a diverse educational background. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Canterbury College and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Computing & Technology. From 2002 to 2005, they attended the University of Sussex and obtained a BSc, Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Digital Systems.
