Will Arnold is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist with a focus on sustainable materials. They served as a Structural Engineer Secondee at MASS Design Group from 2018 to 2019 and worked as an Undergraduate Structural Engineer at Ramboll UK in 2009. Currently, Will is the Head of Sustainable Materials at Useful Simple Trust and holds positions as a Visiting Research Fellow and Visiting Professor at the University of Bath. Additionally, they are a Technical Author for the UK NZC Buildings Standard and previously led Climate Action at The Institution of Structural Engineers from 2020 to 2025. Will obtained their MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Bath in 2010.
