Griffin Hermes

Griffin Hermes is the Head of Sales Development at Hatch, where they lead a growing sales team and focus on driving top-of-funnel revenue growth using AI communication solutions. Previously, Griffin served as the Principal at Pegasus Angel Accelerator, investing in early-stage tech and AI startups, and as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Expert Dojo. They founded AnthroMachina, which was acquired by Casas Group, and have extensive experience in sales roles including Account Manager at CDW-G and Outside Sales Account Executive at Howard Technology Solutions. Griffin holds a BA in American Studies with a focus on Consumerism, Media, and Advertising from Miami University.
