Cody Griffin

Cody Griffin currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Huron since May 2025, following a role in Marketing, Strategy & Operations at First Day from September 2023 to May 2025. Prior to that, Cody was an Advisor and VP of Revenue and Growth at Repeat, where responsibility included leading all go-to-market functions. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Marketing, Senior Director of Marketing, and Marketing Director at Dr. Squatch from January 2021 to April 2023. Cody began a professional career at Bain & Company, holding positions such as Manager, Case Team Leader, and Consultant from September 2017 to January 2021. Academic achievements include an MBA with Honors in Strategy & Global Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego.
