Juliana Kugelmas

Juliana Kugelmas is a Growth Strategy Manager at Huron since January 2025 and a Strategy & Operations Associate at Golden Hour Ventures since October 2024. Prior to these positions, Juliana served as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2020 to June 2024. Additionally, Juliana held the role of Head of Product Development at birddogs from June 2023 to February 2024. Juliana also contributed to the TAMID Group as Director of Community Affairs from September 2018 to May 2021, where a weekly senior spotlight speaking event was implemented to allow seniors to share expertise and advice. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, completed in January 2021.
