Elcin Isci

Elcin Isci currently serves as the Customer Success Team Lead, Global at Insider since January 2023. Prior to this role, Elcin held multiple positions at MindBehind from April 2021 to August 2023, including Global Customer Success Lead, Senior Conversational AI Designer, and Conversational AI Designer, focusing on developing conversational UX flows and utilizing no-code platforms for chatbot projects. Elcin Isci holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Middle East Technical University and participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Radboud University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Istanbul University.
