Micah Rodman

COO at Kojo

Micah Rodman is the current Chief Operating Officer at Kojo, a position they have held since April of 2018. Prior to their work at Kojo, Micah spent three years at Bridgewater Associates, a global macroeconomic hedge fund, where they were a management associate on founder Ray Dalio's management team. At Bridgewater, Micah developed the principles found in Ray Dalio's book "Principles", as well as the software tools and management systems designed to enable Bridgewater's culture of transparency and meritocratic decision making.

Prior to their work at Bridgewater, Micah served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Yale Herald, Yale University's student-run newspaper. Micah also spent a summer interning for the City of Los Angeles.

Micah Rodman's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree from Yale University.

Micah Rodman reports to Maria Rioumine, CEO & co-Founder. They work with Matt Hernandez - Head of Sales, Ken Wohl - Head of Marketing, and Matt Dunlap - Head of Sales Operations.
