Thomas Hand

Thomas Hand is an experienced data scientist with a background in machine learning and data analysis, currently working at Kojo since November 2022. Prior roles include data scientist positions at Dealerware and Dominion Energy, as well as a machine learning engineer role at RigUp. Thomas began a career in data science after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Richmond and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University. In addition to professional experience, Thomas has demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills as a Division One student athlete in men's soccer and through coaching roles.
