Dillon Fancher

Dillon Fancher is a Senior Software Engineer who started working at Motion (YC W20) in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Palantir Technologies from July 2022 to April 2023, as a Software Engineer. From January 2018 to March 2022, they served as Sr. Software Engineer at Twitter, and before that, as a Software Engineer from October 2014 to March 2022, having started off as a Software Engineer Intern from June 2014 to October 2014. Their earlier work experience includes serving as a server at Buca di Beppo from May 2011 to July 2013 and as a Student Fundraiser at the University of Colorado Foundation, where they raised money over the phone for the university from June to August 2012.

Dillon Fancher attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2010 and 2014.
