Chris Jacobsen

Chris Jacobsen currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Pepper, focusing on enhancing the food supply chain through innovative eCommerce solutions. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions including Account Executive at Silo, where efforts were concentrated on improving efficiency and transparency in the wholesale produce supply chain. A solid background in employee engagement and HR solutions was established during tenure as a National Account Executive at Achievers and in previous roles at TalentWise and ADP. Chris began a professional journey with a BA in Spanish Literature and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, complemented by a SHRM Certification in Human Resource Management from Marist College.
