Michael Arena

Michael Arena is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategy and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Planning Associate at Pepper since August 2025, Michael previously held various roles at NuraLogix Corporation, including Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Senior Business Analyst, from January 2021 to August 2025. Michael's early career includes positions as Portfolio Manager at McMaster Investment Council, Business Analyst Intern at Canadian Tire Corporation, and Equity Research Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael has also contributed as Director of Logistics at the DeGroote Finance Association and as an Investment Analyst Intern at Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Finance from McMaster University and participated in the Fellowship Program at Venture for Canada from 2020 to 2021.
