Jonathan Tobin has extensive work experience in the tech industry, primarily with the company Vision6. Jonathan started at Vision6 in 2007 as an Online Sales Consultant and later became a Sales & Support Team Lead. In 2010, Jonathan was promoted to Sales and Support Manager, a role they held until 2015. During their time at Vision6, they also served as the Agency Manager, Head of Customer Success and Support, Chief Customer Officer, and Product Manager. In 2020, Jonathan became the CEO and Co-founder of Userback.
Jonathan Tobin completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University between 2001 and 2004. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Business Management from TAFE NSW. Jonathan later attended the Australian Institute of Management, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma of Management in Business Management for the academic year 2012 to 2013.
