Eva Chan, CPRW has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Native English Teacher at Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and a Cultural Assistant at UBC Extended Learning. In 2017, they were an Office Manager at Hyundai-Kia Motor Group Global Headquarters. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles, including Business English Consultant at Easee Globe, Business Development Consultant at EIE Institute, Online Instructor at VIPKid, Content Writer and Editor at A Way Abroad, and Cultural Mentor at Pagoda Projects. Currently, they are a Lead UX Content Strategist at UserBit.

Eva completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature Major and Critical Studies in Sexuality Minor at The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2015. In 2021, Eva obtained Content Marketing Certification and Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy. Additionally, they hold a 192 Hour TESL/TEFL Certificate with Practicum, Anti-Violence Ally Training, QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training Certificate, and SuperHost Certification from various institutions. In February 2022, Eva earned their Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches. Most recently, in 2021, Eva participated in a Seasonal Program in Chinese Language and Literature at National Taiwan Normal University.
