Tom Aristone started their work experience as a Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz in February 2014 and worked there until May 2016. Tom then joined Delaware EPSCoR as a Communications Associate from January 2016 to May 2016. In 2016, they also worked at CSAA Insurance Group as a Claims Service Adjuster from May 2016 to December 2016.

From 2017 to 2018, Tom worked at Public Outreach Fundraising. Tom started as a Business Development Representative from January 2017 to September 2017, and then became the Manager of the Business Development Team from October 2017 to March 2018.
