Will Merkens

Will Merkens has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as an IT Manager at Userful since March 2011, focusing on Linux software and hardware support. Prior to this role, Will held positions as Network Administrator and IT/Customer Support at Memory Express Computer Products from 2003 to 2009, where responsibilities included directing IT duties and managing customer inquiries. Earlier experience includes 3rd Tier support at Instar Corporation, IT Manager at Reef Mud, and Head Technician at Express Micro Store. Will has a CompTIA A+ certification and studied Electronics Technology at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
