Dmitry S.

Dmitry S. is a Delivery Director and Scrum Master with extensive experience in product and project team management, particularly within large teams of up to 100 people. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at UserGate since 2024, Dmitry previously held various leadership roles, including Department Director at ЗАО «Международный деловой альянс» from 2022 to 2024 and Head of Division at IBA Group from 2007 to 2022, where they established Agile processes and launched the end-to-end Discovery & Delivery cycle in a large product team. Dmitry holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University, completed in 1996.
