Luke Abbott is a seasoned sales and account management professional with extensive experience in scaling teams and driving revenue growth. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Account Management at Medallia since October 2017, Abbott played a pivotal role in expanding the company's Commercial Sales Operations from 10 to 100 employees, leading a diverse team across five key verticals. In addition to responsibilities at Medallia, Abbott holds various advisory and partnership roles at organizations such as UserGems, Clari, Stage 2 Capital, and BrightHire. Previous positions include Head of Mid-Market Sales at Percolate, where significant sales growth was achieved, and Senior Director at Civic Entertainment Group, managing major accounts for esteemed brands.
